A small removable sugar loaf cut quartz charm dangles off to the side. All silver is heavily oxidized for contrast and kept in a muted matte finish. This is a weighty solid piece with the most amazing Brazilian quartz. It is very hard nowadays to find this kind of quality. Definitively a heirloom piece.
