SHIPPING POLICY

We offer worldwide shipping including Track & Trace. 

We can not be held responsible for non-delivered mail. However, if a package gets lost we will do our best to help track down your order with the post office.

 

We ship within 1- 3 business days after having received confirmation of payment.


Shipments to the UK and other European destinations takes on average 3-8 days.
Shipments to the US and Australia take on average between 6-14 days.

Shipments to South America, East Asia and South Africa can take up to one month.

Keep in mind that there might be delays at customs.


Please make sure your shipping and e-mail addresses are updated.

If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, Sjøstrand Studio cannot be held responsible. THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RE-SHIPPING THE PACKAGE. 

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM ORDERS AND ITEMS ON LAYAWAY UNLESS THE ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will try our best to fix it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Items in question must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

We usually don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
 
Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can not accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details:

Buying jewelry online can be challenging. We will, however, try to display the jewelry in a natural light, unaffected by surrounding elements. Also, bare in mind that the color calibration on some computer monitors may differ from others. We hope you will be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not, please let us know ASAP.

Refunds:
If you are not happy with an item because it is damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will only issue refunds and returns on faulty items. That is due to that we get charged a 25% duty tax and a service charge on anything that is returned from outside the EU. 
Sjøstrand Studio WILL REFUND THE ORIGINAL ITEM COST ONLY minus the shipping cost. Send us a picture of the damaged item (clearly showing the damage). Refunds will be given once the item is returned to us in its original packaging.

Refunds on custom items: We do not offer refunds on custom work. If, for any reason the item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us and we'll do our best to fix the issue.

We do not give refunds on SALE items or RESERVED items.
