A beautiful deep purple free-form amethyst is set in silver atop a handmade organic style ring band. The stone is flanked by tube-set rhodolite, garnet and amethyst as well as touches of solid 18k gold.
The ring band is entirely crafted from scratch, not cast. Each band of this series is unique. Handmade using traditional jewelry smithing techniques which includes a torch that I use to slowly fuse silver parts together to create these organic forms.
 
This ring fits a size 7-1/2. Can be stretched up to a size 8.5
 
Lightly oxidized for contrast and given a bright finish.
